Abstract In this paper, by mapping datasets to a set of non-linear coherent states, the process encoding inputs in quantum states as feature map is re-interpreted. As result fact that radial basis function recovered when data mapped complex Hilbert state represented can be considered natural generalisation associated kernels. an example kernels based on we propose kernel functions generalized hypergeometric functions, orthogonal polynomial functions. The suggested implemented with support vector machine (SVM) two well known (make_circles, and make_moons) outperforms baselines, even level noise high. addition, study impact geometrical properties space, obtained SVM classification task, considering Fubini–Study metric states.

Coherent states of quantum non-linear systems
Quantum dynamics of integrable systems is discussed. Localized wave packets generalizing the conventional coherent states of minimal uncertainty are constructed. The wave packet moves along a certain trajectory and does not change its shape for times of order 1 h̄ . In this Letter we suggest that the definition of a coherent state should be related to the Hamiltonian. The conventional coherent st...

The article presents a method for both the unsupervised partitioning of a sample of data and the estimation of the possible number of inherent clusters which generate the data. This work exploits the notion that performing a nonlinear data transformation into some high dimensional feature space increases the probability of the linear separability of the patterns within the transformed space and...

We use the Gazeau-Klauder formalsim to construct coherent states of non-Hermitian quantum systems. In particular we use this formalism to construct coherent state of a PT symmetric system. We also describe the construction of coherent states following Klauder’s minimal prescription. e-mail : [email protected] e-mail : [email protected]
متن کاملInput space versus feature space in kernel-based methods
This paper collects some ideas targeted at advancing our understanding of the feature spaces associated with support vector (SV) kernel functions. We first discuss the geometry of feature space. In particular, we review what is known about the shape of the image of input space under the feature space map, and how this influences the capacity of SV methods. Following this, we describe how the me...
